Please read our registration terms and conditions before completing your purchase. Please note: Only 2-day tickets can be purchased for the Asia Pacific Conference 2024. 1-day tickets are not available.

Member registration
All GESGB / SEAPEX member registrations will be reviewed by the relevant organisation.

Registration
Ticket fees include:

• Two-day ticket
• Full access to the technical programme (oral and poster)
• Abstract book (digital)
• Event guide (digital)
• Promotions & Farm-out Forum and Ice-breaker reception (17 June)
• Exhibition show floor access (18-19 June)
• Lunch and refreshments (18-19 June)
• Evening networking reception with drinks & canapés (18 June)

Confirmation
An automated email confirmation will be issued on completion of  your registration and payment. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation does not appear in your inbox.

Social ticket
If you are a registered attendee for the Asia Pacific Conference 2024, you do not need to purchase a social ticket.

Corporate group bookings
Discounted rate for company group bookings of 5+ registrations available. Please email events@ges-gb.org.uk with details of your booking.

Student and concessionary rates
Limited number of student and concessionary tickets available. Please submit your request by emailing events@ges-gb.org.uk. Proof of status is required.

Accommodation
Discounted hotel rates have been negotiated at a variety of hotels near The Kia Oval, London exclusively for Asia Pacific Conference 2024 attendees. Visit the Accommodation and Travel page for more information.
